The Leadership Development Program (LDP) has been created to provide our employees with the training they need to be successful at the next level. As our organization grows both organically and inorganically, it is imperative we have a strong succession plan with the required bench strength to provide opportunities for employees to move up in the organization. This program is one tool that we use to provide our high potential employees with the training they need grounded in practical application to be successful as they advance in the organization.
