ASP Acquisition

We are excited to welcome Atlas Specialty Products to the Novaria family.  Atlas specializes in the design and manufacture of precision fluid fittings in support of the aerospace and defense industry.  This acquisition allows us to expand our fitting capabilities in a constrained area of the market.  Atlas has been in business for over fifty years offering a wide variety of fluid fittings, nuts, sleeves, plugs and reducers from a wide variety of alloys.   

They are a critical supplier to leading aircraft manufacturers and major subcontractors for aerospace and defense.  Together, with Hydrofitting, a leading provider of shape fittings and Acra Aerospace, a leading provider of engine fittings, we continue to expand our capabilities and offerings in this product segment.  We are excited to welcome Atlas to the Novaria family expanding our fitting capabilities.
